In the last couple of years Tracey has helped us sell one house, and a year later helped us purchase another. She made the whole process of selling and buying real estate fun and very rewarding. When we sold our first house, Tracey predicted when it would sell, and she was right on the money. She not only sold it almost to the day that she predicted, she got us our price as well. When we returned to the area a year later, she helped us find the perfect home. The process was very time consuming but she never complained about how long it was taking or about the number of homes we asked to see. Never being to the valley .Tracey had no problem driving us around so my wife and I could get a feel for the valley and figure out where we would like to live. After 3 full days, we knew that the valley was our retirement place. She then found our home that was not on the market and went up to the door to see if they wanted to sell.
